Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a saree that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately upon receipt with clear photos or videos of the damage.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a saree that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong color, design, or size), please contact us immediately upon receipt.
  • Size Issues (where applicable): If the saree doesn't fit as expected (for stitched blouses or readymade saree options), please refer to our size chart and contact us within [5] days of receiving the saree. Please note that sarees that require tailoring or are sold as unstitched may not be eligible for size-related returns.
  • Change of Mind (Subject to conditions): We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within [Number] days of receiving the saree, subject to the following conditions:
    • The saree must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • The saree must be returned in the same condition it was received.
    • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sarees that have been altered, washed, dry-cleaned, or damaged after delivery.
  • Sarees with removed tags or original packaging.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
  • Customized or made-to-order sarees.
  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry, petticoats, blouses unless sold as a set with the saree).

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Within [3] days of receiving your saree, contact us via email at [info@bayaan.co.in] or whatsapp at +919870137833 to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos or videos if applicable.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the saree.  
  3. Packaging: Carefully package the saree in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Shipping: Return shipment will be arranged by us as per above terms and conditions.
  5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned saree, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
  6. Refund/Exchange: If the returned saree passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement saree after receiving the returned item.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.  
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund.
